            In 2004, 12 workers of the central sculpture are going at the invitation of the Norwegian town of Tolga-Oyvin Storbaekken his hometown. After six weeks of work in Nord-Oesterdalen, they have completed six granite statue by Innovation Norway and Hedmark county allocation process.

 

           Two years later, seven workers returned to Norway and 10 containers of red marble Vietnam has been prepared from the center, combined with the Norwegian granite, two months painstakingly assembled into a bridge beautiful bridge spanning a small stream called "Friendship Bridge Tolga-Da Nang", marking 35 years of diplomatic relations in Vietnam and Norway.
